Delete your Aspera account

You can delete your account in the app or by sending a request below. Deletion is permanent. Aspera is published by Aspera Forge Ltd (company number 17531113).

In the app

  1. 01Open Aspera and tap the settings icon at the top of the Today screen.
  2. 02Tap Backup, export, and account.
  3. 03Tap Delete account to remove your account and the copy of your training on our server, keeping your training on this phone. Or tap Delete everything to also clear this phone.
  4. 04Confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Never created an account? Your training exists only on your phone. Reset local data on the same screen clears it, as does uninstalling the app.

Deleted

Your email address and login, profile and setup answers, plans, workouts and logged sets, goals, schedule changes, the notes the coach held about you, and the record of changes the coach made.

Kept

Usage events and error reports, which are not linked to your email. PostHog keeps them for up to one year and Sentry for up to 90 days, then they are deleted.

Timeline

In the app: immediately. By request: within 30 days of an email from the account's address.

Subscriptions are billed by the app store. Cancel yours there first. Deleting your account does not cancel it.

Request deletion

This opens your email app. Send the request from the address on your account so we know it's yours.
